- KEN BANKS CEO,KAB MARKETING CEO, PERSONAL BRANDING GROUP After over 30 years of retail marketing experience, I have focused my energies to my consulting and presentations business. I specialize in helping companies develop effective brand strategies, but more importantly determine how they can get their people to live up to the brand everyday. My experience includes senior marketing positions with companies such as Doner Advertising, PetsMart, Circuit City, Eckerd Drugs, Fahlgren Benito Advertising, Dayton-Hudson, and Procter & Gamble. A graduate of Wayne State University in Detroit with a BS in Marketing. I also have a masters from the American Graduate School for International Management (Thunderbird) in Phoenix in 1968. I've served on the advisory boards at both Texas A&M and the University of Florida. Winner of numerous industry awards and author of several articles, I have been honored with the American Advertising Federation's Silver Medal and was inducted in the retail advertising Hall of Fame by the Retail Advertising and Marketing Association.
